Source Software, based in Penarth, South East Wales, is the company behind the Source™, a software package that enables insurance brokers and financial advisors to find, compare and sell a range of insurances.

It is unusual for Writing Services to work for a commercial organisation, but this is no ordinary company. Creativity lies at the heart of Source, and an entrepreneurial culture runs right through it. Employees are encouraged to be creative, give their views, to question and challenge. The emphasis is on working hard but also having fun.

Writing Services has been helping the team at Source to develop their brand through written communications. Together we have been developing the tone of voice; involving staff in representing the brand through photography, stories, and a staff editorial team; and creating new, more engaging ways of communicating with Source’s customers.
